How to use:
"After double cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with toner and sweep gently across the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Use 2 to 3 times a week, or
even daily, depending on skin tolerance. Slight tingling sensation is normal. Reduce usage frequency if you experience excessive peeling and redness."
