How to use:
COLD
- Put gel eye mask in the refrigerator (not freezer) for 1 - 2 hours.
- Place the eye mask over your eyes for 15 - 20 minutes.

HOT
- Make sure the gel is distributed evenly before heated.
- Heat the gel eye mask for 10 seconds in a 700W microwave.
- Check the temperature. If it's not hot enough, heat for additional 6 seconds or until the desired temperature is reached.
- Place the eye mask over your eyes for 15 - 20 minutes.

CAUTION: Kay Beauty Gel Eye Mask is not suitable for childern under 36 months and can only be used externally.
