Function:
An oil-controlling toner to prep the skin for other skincare steps. This effective toner was formulated for those with oilier skin types, as it helps to regulate sebum/oil production and also prevent acne.

Features:
This toner also does not leave the skin feeling tight and dry, and instead calms irritated and dry patches with concentrations of niacinamide and allantoin

How to use:
You can use it morning at night
-Step 1: Make sure skin is clean and dry, most preferably right after washing face.
-Step 2: Place bottle around 10 cm away from face, and spray twice
-Step 3: Make sure toner has been fully absorbed into skin before applying any other skincare products on top of skin
