Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Directors’ need
  • Responsible for office operations (managing office supplies, insurance, and company's assets maintenance, etc)
  • Liaising with internal departments

Requirements

  • Friendly, flexible, and communicative
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Maximum 35 years old, healthy and fit to work
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products (G-Suite, Google Calendar, etc)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Initiative, active, self-discipline, able to work independently and responsible
  • Able to correspondense in English

 

FAT Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Review payment transactions to verify their correctness.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management, as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Develop and oversee budget reports, including comparisons between actual and budgeted figures.
  • Ability to produce and analysis all monthly and yearly taxes, Financial Statement, Cash Flow report, Budgeting.
  • Effectively manage budget utilization, ensuring precise and well-recorded accounts.
  • Collaborate with auditors and take charge of audited financial statements.
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Fulfill other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years old
  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in finance-accounting, management or related field
  • Proven 5 years of working experience in Retail
  • Know and have knowledge of finance and accounting and its implementation
  • Knowledge of laws and public policies related to the economy
  • Able to make tax planning and reporting and master tax regulations in Indonesia
  • Have leadership, coordination, communicative, initiative, problem solving, thorough, honest and trustworthy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advance Excel with formulas
  • Deep understanding in finance, accounting, and tax software ( eg.  Accurate )
