Masami Product and Packaging Executive
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Do a market research on potential new products.
- Stay updated with latest beauty trends.
- Create product concepts and specifications including packaging and photoshoots.
- Ensuring product implementation schedules with related manufacturers or vendors.
- Formulate name, unique selling point, brief for copy on packaging, product claims, and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback on the quality of newly launched products.
Requirements
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum S1 bachelor degree.
- Passionate about beauty and makeup, love to try new products.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the beauty/cosmetic industry.
- Good memory, attention to detail, computer literacy and able to analyze data.

Retail Buyer (Beautycare/Skincare)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ of experiences as retail buyer
- Having good relationship and networking in modern retail (Beauty care, Skin care, Personal care)
- Advance in MS Office, market research, data analyzing & forecasting tools
- Strong in numeracy skills, effective communication, negotiating, networking, computer competences, and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Constantly look for potential brands for for the modern retail chain and do analysis of the brands.
- Do buying preparation (prepare forecast, product plan/ buying for local production or Principal and article list)
- Analyse consumer buying patterns, customer respond, market trends to plan products range according to the company's brand image
- Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal and maintain trust relationships with suppliers to promote fair dealing
- Monitoring stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, including checking markdown template and execution
- Ensure the timeline of delivery product, create the initial products allocation plan to stores monthly, monitor sales and the inventory level
- Create reports on sales, budgets and customer satisfaction and adjust strategies accordingly
- Store visit to to ensure operation team informed sufficient stock item to support sales, checking store display and anything related with sales are well implemented, as well as visit competitors to observe prices, promotions and products of competitor
