Brand Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

  • Plan, execute & liaise with all parties involved in brand events (internal & external). Events include sales (bazaar), KOL & community events
  • Select & facilitate beauty advisor training for events
  • Manage partnerships with other brands/media
  • Create and contribute to brand photoshoots
  • Contribute with R&D and NPD teams to develop products
  • Plan, execute & develop strategy for brand social media
  • Manage content production on brand social media
  • Develop campaigns on the brand's social media
  • Manage the brand's social media growth and trend analysis
  • Contribute with design team and content creators

Requirements


  • Experience min. 2 years experience as Brand Activation in Beauty Industry
  • Communication skills in Indonesian & English (both spoken and written)
  • Have a good understanding and up to date about makeup and skincare
  • Have a good understanding of end-to-end brand events and community events
  • Have a creative and out of the box mindset.
  • Can use Google Workspace.
  • Have an interest in Beauty Industry


Graphics Design Head

Responsibilities:

  • Developing marketing visuals (POPs, window displays, advertising, installations)
  • Designing digital campaigns (digital advertising, social media blasts)
  • Visual needs for events / exhibitions to strengthen branding awareness and engage customer interaction
  • Design and producing printed promotions (newsletter, leaflets, paperbags, namecard, etc) to production printing projects. Special projects (packagings, company profile, DI, etc)

Requirements

  • Maximal 38 years old.
  • Minimum S1 from graphic design / visual communication design
  • Minimum 3 year experience as Graphics Design ( related to beauty industry is preferred ).
  • A pro in Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Able to work in Mac or PC 
  • Able to prepare files for printing (digital and offset)
  • Passionate about beauty, creative and full of fresh ideas.
  • Multi-tasker and highly organized.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Good typography skills

 

Marketing Communicator Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers and KOL
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Product Development

Responsibilities:

  • Do a market research on potential new products
  • Able to forecast and stay updated with latest beauty trends
  • Create product concepts and specifications including packaging
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners and sponsors to secure terms that align with company objectives
  • Develop brand strategy to increase brand awareness, brand experience and brand value
  • Ensuring product implementation schedules with related manufacturers or vendors
  • Formulate name, unique selling point, brief for copy on packaging, product claims, and product knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback on the quality of newly launched products
  • Maintain relationships with external parties such as factories, material vendors, and others
  • Ensure Purchase Orders for factories and other vendors according to plans and agreements
  • Conduct training to the internal team on overall product knowledge
  • Maintain stocks and improve the quality of existing products and packaging

Requirements

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum S1 bachelor degree
  • Passionate about beauty and makeup, love to try new products
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the beauty/cosmetic industry
  • Creative and able to forecast beauty trends
  • Organized in planning and able to execute as planned
  • Good memory, attention to detail, computer literacy and able to analyze data
  • Able to communicate and correspondence in English
